Naan bread
Ingredients for 3 hungry people
- 250g flour
- 120g milk
- 25g seed oil
- 5g + 5g salt
- 5g baking powder
- Mix the milk and seed oil;
- In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, then add the
milk mixture, and mix for 5-10 minutes;
- Let the mixture rest for an hour;
- Form 5 balls, then flatten them in a circular shape using a rolling pin;
- Heat up a pan with 5g seed oil, and lay the first one until is brown on both sides;
- Refill the oil and repeat until done, serve warm.
