Salsa alla zucca
Pumpkin sauce
Ingredients for 4 hungry people
- 800g baked pumpkin (see )
- 50g parmesan cheese
- 10g salvia
- 10g butter
- Chop the pumkin in 6-10cm3 pieces, without removing the skin;
- Grate the parmesan;
- Heat up the butter in the pan, then stir fry the salvia;
- Once crispy, remove the salvia leaving the butter in the pan;
- Add the chopped pumpkin and let it cook for 3 minutes;
- Add the salvia and serve warm with pasta, or spinach and ricotta ravioli.
