Broccoli with almonds
Ingredients for 2 hungry people
- 500g broccoli
- 40g almonds
- 20g soy sauce
- 10g extra virgin olive oil
- 5g chili oil
- 3g sichuan pepper
- mortar
- Smash the almonds in the mortar and set aside;
- Smash the sichuan pepper in the mortar and set aside;
- Cut the tips of the broccoli;
- Warm up the oil, the chili oil, and the sichuan pepper in a wok;
- Add the broccoli;
- Let it brown on high heat, then add 50g of water;
- Let it cook with a lid for 10 minutes, turning every once in a while;
- Add the almonds and soy sauce;
- Cook for one more minute, serve warm.
