Red wine sirloin

Ingredients for 2 hungry people  


  1. Put the steaks in foil with olive oil, rosemary, and pepper;
  2. Warm up the pan with the butter;
  3. Mix wine, soy sauce, and corn starch;
  4. Brown lightly the steaks in the butter;
  5. Remove the steaks and keep them aside;
  6. Simmer immediately with brandy;
  7. Add the wine mix;
  8. Reduce on a high flame for 1-2 minutes;
  9. Serve warm with the sauce on top.
