Ingredients for 2 hungry people
- 350g asparagi
- 10g butter
- 10g lemon juice
- 5g salt
- aluminium foil
- Preheat the oven at 180°C, ventilated;
- Clean the asparagi, cut off the lower end and peel the lower part
with a potato peeler;
- Put a handful (10) asparagi on top of tin foil and season them with
lemon, salt and butter flakes;
- Wrap over them two layers of tin foil in an air-tight way;
- Put the wraps into the oven for 25-35 minutes, depending on the thickness;
- Serve warm, and possibly unwrapped.
