Rice and vegetables
Ingredients for 4 hungry people
- 400g basmati or long rice
- 200g zucchini
- 100g carrot
- 100g peas
- 6g tumeric powder
- 8g extra virgin olive oil
- 4g salt
- Cut the vegetables finely5.1;
- Heat up the oil and stir-fry the vegetables;
- Add the tumeric powder;
- Add the rice and 1000g of water;
- Cover with a lid and let cook for 13-16 minutes;
- If necessary drain it and add salt.
