Ingredients for 2 hungry people
- 400g sword fish filet
- 50g white wine
- 8g olive oil
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- Heat up the oil in a non-stick pan;
- Lay the filet, and turn when browned;
- Remove the filet and immediately add the wine;
- Add lemon, salt, and pepper while reducing the leftover sauce;
- Serve warm with sauce on top;
