Red wine beef strips

Ingredients for 2 hungry people  

Procedure

  1. Cut the cutlets in strips and marinate with oil, rosemary, sage in a bowl;
  2. In a casserole boil red wine, soy sauce, pepper and corn starch;
  3. Warm up a wok;
  4. Brown lightly the marinated strips;
  5. Serve warm with the sauce on top.
